Products purchased remotely can be returned in accordance with Government Ordinance 130/2000.
These products must be returned in their original, intact packaging and in the same condition in which they were received, within 10 working days from receipt, without penalties and without providing any reason. They can therefore be returned for replacement or for a refund of the product value (excluding shipping costs). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
For refund purposes, please send us your bank account details by email (IBAN, 24 characters, along with the account holder’s name, i.e., the person who placed the order). We will transfer the amount within a maximum of 15 days from the issuance date of the credit invoice. Refunds are made exclusively via bank transfer.
General return conditions
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in its original packaging, with all accessories, with intact labels, and with all accompanying documents).
The returned product must not have been worn/used, must not be damaged, and must have all original labels attached. If the returned product shows damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, washing, scratches, dents, or missing accessories, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Also, in the case of repeated returns (more than 2 unjustified returns), we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of further returns. Product returns must be announced in advance by email at the following address: office@biohumus.ro
After receiving your email, we will inform you in writing of all the steps you need to follow in order to return the products.
